Would you like to become involved in making decisions that affect the range and quality of services provided by the Practice?

 

This is a chance for you to directly influence the way in which the Practice offers health care to its patients.

 

We are interested in any patient who would like to become a member of our new Patient Reference Group.

 

This may be through meetings or via a “virtual group” whereby ideas and discussions take place via email.
