New Patient Registration

registrationYou may prefer to be seen by a particular doctor, and we will endeavour to do this wherever possible. If it is not possible, we will offer you an explanation. You may see any doctor in the practice, no matter who you are registered with.

New patients registering at the health centre will be asked to give certain information about their medical history at the time of registration in order to help the doctor initially.

All new patients aged five years and over may request a new patient medical check. Please take advantage of this service, as it can be useful to the doctor if there is a delay in receiving your medical records from your previous GP.

Temporary Patients

We are happy to see any patients who are temporarily resident in Carterton, or just visiting the area. Visitors from other countries may be required to prove their entitlement to receive free NHS treatment.
