Travel Vaccinations

If you require any vaccinations relating to foreign travel, firstly you need to collect a travel risk assessment form from the Practice.

Once you have completed the form, please hand back to a member of the reception team. The Nurse will require one week in order to evaluate your travel vaccination requirements. Following this period, you must then make an appointment to see the nurse who will discuss any concerns you may have and administer any vaccinations you may require.

Information about countries and vaccinations required can be found on the links below:

It is important to complete and return the risk assessment form as early as possible  - at least 6 weeks before you travel - in order that you have full immunity prior to your travel. Any vaccines have to be ordered as they are not a stock item.
